Returns
Honey Play Box does not accept product returns from your customers at this time - for any reason. You will be charged a 25% restocking fee for any and all undeliverable or refused packages. Honey Play Box will contact you by email to inform you about packages that are returned by the shipping carrier.

 We will replace products only for any shipping errors made by our warehouse. If there is a defective product in your customer's order, you must contact us immediately with the issue. Please return the items in their original packaging to the address you will receive from us by email. 

Defective
All Honey Play Box items are inspected in our manufacturing facility for any defects or issues, and all of our products have passed the most attentive quality control test. For any issues or defects that your customer expresses to you, please contact us.
