We stand behind everything we sell. If the item you received is defective within 30 days, please contact our customers service. We'll handle the return or refund to you. Our customer service representatives will work with you to find the best solution for your situation by: replacing the original defective item or providing a refund.
The product is not defective, but you don't need it yet. At this point the product has been shipped out. You can refuse the package. When the package is returned to Our Company, We will refund 70% of the amount to you. Because Logistics has charged a 30% fee. The premise is that the product cannot affect the second sale. Otherwise, no refund will be given.
